Maharlika Connect Inc. is the personal information controller for information described in this notice. Privacy questions and data-subject requests may be sent to info@mhkconnect.ph. We may verify a requester’s identity before acting on a request.
Information we collect
- Name, work email, organization, position and optional telephone number
- Inquiry type, message, project requirement or purpose of a document request
- Requested document category and related correspondence
- Hashed network address, browser or device information, submission time and security-verification result
- Information you voluntarily provide through email or subsequent business correspondence
Why we process it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess requested services, coordinate potential engagements, review document requests, protect our forms from abuse, maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations. Processing is based on your consent, steps requested before a possible contract, legitimate business and security interests, and legal obligations where applicable.

Service providers and disclosures
Authorized personnel and contracted providers supporting hosting, database, email delivery, security verification and professional advice may process limited information for these purposes. Cloudflare Turnstile may receive device and network information to verify that a submission is legitimate. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, lawful process, or to protect rights, systems and users.

Retention and security
Inquiry and document-request records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless an active engagement, legal obligation, dispute, security investigation or approved records schedule requires a different period. We use organizational and technical safeguards such as access controls, input validation, request limits, security verification and protected infrastructure. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable limitations, you may ask to be informed, access personal data, object to processing, correct inaccurate data, request erasure or blocking, request portability where applicable, withdraw consent, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
